This is a tumblelog, kinda like a blog but with short-form, mixed-media posts with stuff I like. Scroll down a bit to start reading, or a bit more to read more about me.

Killer Mike - Reagan
As we wind down til oblivion (or 2013—whichever comes first), I will continue to try to keep a smile on my face. Thank you KILLER MIKE for putting out FUN RAP MUSIC in 2012. HOLLER
Deftones - Tempest
Deftones can do no wrong. The most prolific and forward-thinking alt-metal band of the past 15 years continues to make brilliant records.
Hilarious reggae version “Boxcar” by ’90s punk legends Jawbreaker.
Who knows which came first, the idea for a reggae-version of the Bay Area anthem— or the realization that the name Jahbreaker is too good to pass up.

Bad Scene, Everyone’s Fault = Bad Weed, Dealer’s Fault … BRILLIANT!
Stay crazy forever.
Titus Andronicus - “Still Life with Hot Deuce and Silver Platter”
The band ballsy enough to make a punk rock Civil War-era concept record does it again. This time their on their new Springsteen-meets-Jello Biafra power pop record “Local Business” they choose to name track 2 after what sounds like quite the painting.
One of the most important bands in [punk] rock is back with another winner—cheers Titus Andronicus, we’ll be drinking to that.
No Age - “Glitter” on PitchforkTV
The LA experimental punk duo (live they’re a three-piece) bring the thunder in this HiDef pop-meets-noise jam. Props to Pitchfork for putting out a series of amazing/high quality videos featuring No Age.
Here’s another personal favorite, “It’s like The Shining meets Dirty Dancing: nobody puts Johnny in a corner”:
